How It Works
Our Advanced Parenting Skills classes are 100% online and include full audio. To get started, just click the Enroll Here button in one of the “Advanced Parenting Skills Class” boxes. Just make sure to get the number of hours you need. From there you will enroll with your basic information, then pay for the course. Once paid for, you can begin immediately and stop and start the program at your convenience. The Advanced Parenting Skills Classes are divided into chapters and at the end there is a final exam. As you progress through the class, you will see the chapters made up of pages of content. Each page will include text and audio. To give interest, there are pictures and videos. At the end of a chapter, there will be a short quiz made up of multiple-choice, true/false, and short essay questions. At the end of the course, there is a final exam, but don’t worry! It is set up in a similar structure and includes similar questions as what is throughout the course. What happens if you fail? Don’t worry about that either, we will give you a second chance at the final exam. So long as you actively participate, you will do an excellent job. Besides, many courts, lawyers, probation departments, CPS offices, social workers, and more require you take a final test while enrolled in Advanced Parenting Skills Course or classes.
Will My Certificate Be Accepted?
We have the tightest securities in the industry, and because of these securities, we have gained the trust of courts, probation departments, social workers, CPS offices, case managers, and lawyers nationwide. Many will recognize our trusted name and brand and accept the course without question.
Others however, might not have heard of us or might just be skeptical of online parenting classes in general. We can help here too. If the person ordering your class is skeptical or unsure of our classes, we would love to talk to them! We know our programs, just like our Advanced Parenting Skills Classes, can stand up to the toughest scrutiny. Cheating? - not going to happen. Skipping though a course? – not going to happen either. Zoning out? – impossible with our Attendance Verification Codes. Poor content? – our programs are written and developed by Dr. Elizabeth LaMont, LCSW and we add color and interest to this useful information through videos, pictures, and the types of questions that make you think. All this and more are wrapped into an Advanced Parenting Skills Course. So, if your court, probation officer, social worker, CPS office, or lawyer would like to verify participation we are just a call away.
Transcripts
Does your court, probation officer, social worker, CPS office, or lawyer need a little more information on your progress through the course? Do they want a copy of your time stamps, time spent on chapters, grades, and test scores - even down to each individual questions and answers? We offer this documentation. Transcripts are the full detailed report of all work and progress made in the course and we can email you an unofficial copy – free of charge.

Money order scams
The most common issue with companies offering online parenting classes is that they have very poor customer service. They do not answer their phone calls and voice mail boxes go unchecked (if they are not already filled to capacity.) So, what happens when you cannot finish the course you started? What happens when they don’t answer your calls, messages, or emails? You often waste time trying to contact the company just to get a refund from the bank. Meanwhile, your course progress is lost and you have to start the whole process over again when you go to another company. Very frustrating! However, we value your time and money and offer you the best customer service in the industry. If you need help or just have questions, our lines are open. With us, you will get a live person – usually within just one ring. In fact, we encourage you to give any company a call before purchasing. This will give you a good idea of what the company’s customer service is like. If you get their voicemail, then be very cautious!
Be warned: Others will take your money and sell you a worthless certificate without a course and the courts will not accept it. The courts have high standards for online parenting classes. Throughout this process, it is easy to waste time and money. It is often hard to get a refund for courses not accepted and impossible to make up for lost time and stress.
There are also money order scams. These scams often state you must pay the company in the form of a money order to get started. The price may even be much lower than that of other companies. Be careful of a deal that sounds too good to be true, it often is! Beware, any company that exclusively accepts money orders as payment is an automatic scam. Money orders are very similar to sending cash money and can never be recovered. This is why money orders are used in these scams, because once you send money, you have no hope of recovering it. There isn’t a credit card company or bank you can call to get a refund in this situation.
